I have this problem :/ to give a medkit in tutorial, why must play the tutorial level?

To fix this, right-click your game in your games libary, hit properties.
Find the tab called BETAS, under "select the beta you would like to opt into", select "development"
Let the game update...
Profit!

I really understand how hard to make game but but at game start is a bit weird I think I have to play with dev patch then haha

Great work, create a game which is broken in the tutorial. It stole half an hour of mine yesterday, and now you have a fix, I'm deleting it already.

For those of you still having issues with the patch not working, all one has to do is verify the game cache and it should do the trick.

I can not finish the mission 2 of the campaign 2.
No work several achievements: grenades, mines and finish a stage without shooting.
