Fusion help/guide

[Sans with Pancreatic Cancer]

Is there any guide or way to tell how to fuse into characters without trial and error? I wanna give red sun over paradise to mokou but I'm not even sure if I'm able

There's no guide on fusion and what makes what yet, but I do know the direct paths to fusing Mokou: Utsuho + Kosuzu (Fusion exclusive.) or Momiji + Utsuho (Both can be found out in the wild.).

both characters aren't available to me at the point i'm at (fresh out of entei), ended doing a super convoluted fusion of utsuho + idk i don't remember into koakuma and then koakuma + sunny i think into mokou.

From what I see, the game will track all sleepers you have and tell you all possible ones from the 'database fusion' option. The best recommendation is to get as many as you can and keep going.

see, the problem is that the game doesn't do that with all characters. just ones you can make with the characters you ALREADY have. i'm at level 50 and still can't make lily white and i have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue why.
i'm trying to get full database completion so that's not great for me. if the game went "oh you need reimu+????" at least i'd know i'm on the right track but for all i know I could need to wait until i beat the damn game to get the fusion requirements.
therefore, i asked if a guide had been made by anyone, and apparently not

I guess for me I try to catch everyone in an area and also try to make newer/stronger sleepers ASAP so it is less of an issue but I agree with your point.

EDIT: I just checked and I don't have Lily White. She's index 154 and I'm 91% of the database done so I assume she's just very late game. A few like Moon Rabbit is super late with Unzan + Suika so not surprised if the answer is you can't make them until much later.

You'd be correct. Outside of Unzan + Moon Rabbit, her only other fusion methods require post-game sleepers.
