Lost the ability to hijack early in the game

I got to Rin, and it seems I lost the hijack option. Is this a bug? How do I get the option back?

Did your phone battery die? If so, you can't hijack until you get it charged again.

It's charged, but the option just isn't there anymore

Oh, that's a different menu altogether. To access the hijack/special menu, it's a special hotkey (I forget what it is, I rebound it). It was kind of strange to me too, but you don't access it through the "Phone" menu on Sumireko

That was the problem. Thanks. It's Shift for Keyboard or X on gamepads
