"Secrets" (ie. "?") on the map?

Do they disappear once you find them, or do they always stay there?

For example I just got the map after leaving the village. I see a couple secrets "?" on the rooms in the village. I found a treasure in one off the map because I simply didn't consider flipping the worl around iINSIDE a house (this was awesome to figure out btw).

The Question marks though are in rooms where I found treasures in. A Treasure map, and a treasure. I keep looking in these rooms because the "?" is still there, but there is nothing to interact with. The rooms don't have "gold" plating on them either so I assume something is in them, however flippoing them around I see nothing. Just wondering if the "?" should still be there ande I haven't found it, or it is something I should disregard.

BTW...scroling with the mouse doesn't work on the in-gmae STeam. Actually SHIFT+TAB doesn't work unless I pause the game. >_>

Gold rooms are rooms you have "completed" (found all cube bits etc), however the ? Makes you think about how other things connect to it which can help you solve it =P

Edit: Also worth noting its sometimes best to leave the ? Room until later...you will see why when you get there ;)

OK...so those rooms are connected to the world in other ways and there isn't necessarily a secret IN that room?

oh OK. Thanks. I wondered that too, if I was just trying to do it too early. I mean a guy sees a secret and he has to go look right away right?

This game is amazing BTW. I love it. ^.^

After opening that second cube door it gets REALLY cool.

When you discover the "secret" in the room, the "?" symbol will disappear, so dont worry, the game will keep track of what you'll have discovered.
