What is Dot?
I think Dot is a 4 dimensions cube. What do you think?

I recently discovered a ghost in the mausoleum area ( The one where it's raining ) that said: "Don't believe in the hypercube"
A hypercube is a 4D cube, so I think he told me to not to believe what Dot says.

He always says "I don't remember" when you are on an anticube puzzle ( monolyths, treomines symblos, etc ) . What does he mean?

Dot is a response to "helper fairy"-style characters in video games that force-feed you every littlest piece of information, instead of trusting you to be smart enough to figure it out yourself.
