FEZ
Fez for Mac?
Will Fez be released for Mac anytime soon? I dont have an Xbox or PC but I've been wanting to play this game for a long time.

I don't know if it will be soon, but a Mac release is indeed planned.

I wouldn't get my hopes up to high. Phil isn't the fastest porter on the planet..

That would make sense since Phil isn't the programmer of the game.

As long as it's coming I don't mind waiting.

Runs in Windows 8 via bootcamp in the meantime
:-)

I have a Macbook pro early 2008 and needed to update my graphics drivers for it to work without the renderer error: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers

No he won't, he probably had a hard enough time convincing himself to port it to the PC.

I second this. The market share is simply to small. He will probably focus on porting it on to PS3/PS4 if anything. Bootcamp or parallels is the closest you will get to a mac port i'm afraid.

I mean unless Fish is low on cash then they're totally for games.

Not to mention the game is made with MonoGame. If they didn't intend to port it to the other OSes, it would just be using XNA dependancies. (It's a lot easier than making sure your game works properly with MonoGame, believe me.)

He has said that he will port FEZ to Linux and mac, followed by PS3.

I wonder which will happen first:
Me saving up enough money to buy myself a windows desktop, or FEZ being ported to mac.

It depends on how much money you save up, whether you build it yourself or buy prebuilt, legally own a Windows key or Nope, not on Steam, and how long carbon-12's half life is.
