What problems does the 360 version have? I have really noticed them. The only reason I'd buy it on PC would be so I could play it more. Also, the developer is just as bad as people say he is. He managed to make a good game, but he acts as if he's the single best game developer ever and that anyone who points out issues in his game or general logic is some sort of diseased vermin. If it was just him who made the game, I wouldn't even consider supporting it.
And buy it here: http://polytroncorporation.com/buy-fez
Hopefully they will patch it.
That's just stupid..
You probably could have put that money into something to rig your Xbox to your monitor to get that invisible "Feel".
酷い・・酷いOP.
Actually my moniter is attached to my PC. All-in-one. And there is a perfectly good reason to have two copies! The game plays better on PC, and at the time, I bought it on Xbox without the knowledge it would be ported. Besides, Fez is easily worth the $20 I've now spent on it.
And its not even a question of the game's value, having it on the PC doesnt really bring anything to the table. Its going to be the same expirence no matter what. Except now you're paying twice as much.
The only reason I could possibly think of for getting a another copy is just for the hell of it, which defeats s the whole purpose of the thread.
Yes, yes it does. What if I just prefer the game on PC? It brings a better experiance with the game to the table. It's not hard to understand. And the PC experiance is very different from the 360. On the 360, I can't use my keyboard, I can't change the game files, I can't open a guide from within the game, and I can't play when someone is watching the TV. Again, to clarify, I CANNOT hook up my 360 to my moniter, as it has no such ports. The only way I can play is on the television, and that is usually already claimed.
Any idea how to fix this?
Don't use Intel Integrated graphics. Seriously, it's a known problem with this game and that chipset. Before the last driver update from intel, it wasn't even playable.
So basically, go shell out $90 on a dedicated graphics card and (possibly) $140 on a new mobo because that is what that suggestion boils down to for most people.
Glad I bought all the parts for my machine and had it custom-built but this is probably one reason some people prefer console gaming over fiddling with finicky PC hardware. :V If the game breaks, it's never your fault on a console.
