So, yeah, he's been doing work on it. He's just hasn't been announcing every update here at this forum. He is just one person who is trying to work on this in his spare time.

Again. Its a nothing-burger. Again, Gamigo, due to how they operate, will let him continue to piddle around and then when he attempt to actually launch it, they'll come down on him with cease/desists and more.

His efforts are a lawsuit looking for a place to happen.

I asked what would they charge for the Defiance 2013 I.P.? I'll start a kickstarter to fund the purchase, if they give me a real figure. I want the real D13...not his Unity project with D13 assets.

If y'all want to believe or not, that's up to y'all. No one is forcing you to believe anything. At this point, I (a fan of both the show and the game) am glad there's any kind of fan effort that exists (even with those who have their doubts) and that there's still some sort of pulse that exists for the Defiance brand. I hope y'all continue to have a great day/night whenever you read this.

I tried to be soft about it in my own way there.... Zovix never should've done it to begin with as it wasn't going to work out and certainly didnt need to be so churlishly silly about it either. :P
