unable to contact glyph support
I can not find any way to contact glyph support.

Their help say "To contact Trion Customer Support, click 'Submit a Request' at the top"
There is no such thing!

My problem is, that when I log in I get the following message, on all pages:

In the installed glyph programs "store" page, I get the same message.
I do not get any e-mail, no matter what I do. I followed the advice from their help site, with no luck.
I verified my location through the e-mail address they are supposed to send to, after the message showed up.

Someone mentioned glyph forums, but I can't find it. No link on their site.

i can't login even in glyph, its always say "network operation timed out. please check your connection. (Error #2025)" but i can play dota online without lag issue hahaha.. this is funny

For some reason I cannot log on to the Glyph main site to use their support. I enter the same main password Ive always used for Glyph for all Trion games, yet it wont work on the main site so I can try and use support. Do I have to have a seperate account jus to log on the main site???

I don't think you need a seperate account. I can log in with my old account, created for RIFT back in the days. Try login from a different browser, or clear your browser cache.

network operation timed out. Sounds like a firewall / router problem. Search for port, portforward or firewall and router setup with the word glyph / trion

My problem is, that they just don't send the verification e-mail, and they have hidden the contact support.

Well I turned off my firewall and all the other securities on my PC, tried logging in from other account's, even other computers but I always get timed out and the same problem "2025" accurs. I think they simply shut down glyph.

Contact Trion world support and tell them what's wrong and send your IP adress with the message
