can't login to glyph account

i have to redeem episdoe codes but, i can't even login. by the way i'm using explorer10 i could login from the glyph launcher but not from using browser. i need help T_T

They are having some problems with the account system, I was able to log in and apply my code this morning but many are still unable to do so.
