Pirated versions of Defiance?

Do you think there are pirated/hacked versions of defiance that would make you be able to play the game again? Even if it means that it's only single player?

Cuz im wondering if there is, so I can play the game again.

The corporation spent millions on buying DEFIANCE - it would be a good idea for them to repackage it as a stand alone game like SKYRIM... and also have a few servers running to keep the on-line game open too. But as it is, the company buys up games, then kills them, wasting millions of dollars of the investors money.

as much as i want this to go back online - its online ^^

that means, alot of the game is not running on your PC.

comparing this with Skyrim is senseless. Skyrim was never an online game, and standalone just means you dont need DLC's to play. nothing to do with the issues we have with this.

at the end its our fast lived gaming industrie and the fact that we dont own a game like a car, you only have an access to it - as long as the owner provides the "service".

so many good games are wasted, bc of companies earning not enough or redirecting their recources.

ist sadly not, that we as customers are the kings, like said in economy rules -

today its, mucho dollars fast

or - i can do whatever i want (homelander, the boys, last scene of season2)

I still have the original disc, case and booklet. i wish they made this game offline, i would pay 50 bucks for it right now. i seriously hate trion/gamigo. more than EA lol

I'm pretty annoyed, I actually bought this game before it was free to play, I learnt never to buy any game that is online only, you should be able to play it offline like what they did with HELLGATE: London.

Hellgate is a ARPG with random loot drops, Randomize worlds / locations, unlimited character customization as for clothes, gear, random loot in terms of blue and green color drops, weapon customization and modding. Its like Defiance but without the vehicles .

There's' the Original Hellgate London

And then there's Hellgate Global aka London on steam, which was a MMOARPG, but the devs as requested by the community and ex-GM's and CM's ( myself with T3Entertainment) over time made the game playable offline

The original: DX10 graphics and effects
Hellgate London on steam: Only DX9 with different content, different customization features.
Both are good, The Original you can either just download the game from a torrent or site or buy it on ebay.

You realize there are entire pirated Steam clients to play games without buying them? As long as you could host your own server (very doable for SP) it wouldn't be an issue.
