Error 2025 or unable to access Trion sites

Hey everyone,

If you're unable to play Defiance due to an error 2025 or find you can't sign into our Support Site[support.trionworlds.com] we've got you covered!

This can happen for a variety of reasons, but one of them is entering an incorrect password repeatedly. In general this will pass after a few hours, but sometimes it can last quite a bit longer.

If you have this issue:

• Send an email to [e-mail]. This allows you to create a ticket without signing into the site.
  
• Include Error 2025 in the Subject line of your email.
  
• Mention in the email which specific error code you're seeing and that you're unable to load up our support site when signing in.
  
• Type IP into Google and add that IP address in your email as well so we can check for any issues (but do NOT post the IP address publicly).

Once you've sent that email we will do everything we can to get it cleared up as quickly as possible. Please bear with us.

Hello how are I hope very well wanted to know if it is possible that in some future update modify the weapon defiant few bloodhound mk2 since at the moment it is a weapon trash since to leave that load only shoots 1 bullet and should be multiple bullets better should modify and that Is of continuous shooting since as I mention it has now become a junk weapon that no one wants to have and since it is supposed to be in mk2 should be better than the original and the opposite the original is a thousand times better thank you to do something and Modify that weapon. greetings and thanks.

When I first downloaded the game yesterday it worked fine but the next day after I can login to the game but cannot play the game itself.

I have issue with this error after todays maintenance. Before it was everything ok. Ive send @ to support i hope they will fix it.
