Hi guys Hot-wire kits in dayz epoch where find them?have killed 200zombie police and military and nothing find???or its disabled by the adm server???need one because lost a truck key !tnks

You can't craft them with anything unless the server you are playing on has a custom script which allows this. You can only find hotwire kits on Police/Military Zeds.
