AOS: Hackers Overload

I really love this game and i find that recently Jagex is not really supporting the game anymore. They have abandoned the game and the community. I have been reporting hackers frequently on the Jagex main site and havent had any replies or feedback on the hacking issue. Dear Steam, i understand that its not your main responsibility to manage or moderate Ace of Spades but something needs to be done now that Jagex has abandoned the game. Steam offers the game for sale and hosts the servers, I find it very distasteful that Steam would support the sale of a corrupt game that has no moderating/antihacking support what so ever. So im asking if there is a way to moderate Ace of Spades or add a hack detection system to auto ban or auto kick players who are hacking.
