Why am I getting "0 gnomads" when I've significantly incresed my worth

In Fall I got 3 gnomads and my great hall worth was at about 13k. I increased it to over 30k before winter hit and I didn't get any new gnomads. I thought my odds were greater if I increased my worth?

Your odds are increased, but it never guarantees that you earn any new Gnomads every season.

Keep in mind that the requirements for each gnome gradually increase. When it may only take 10k Kingdom worth to get yourself a new Gnome one time, the next time it may take 50k. And then 100k, etc.

It depends on your population the more gnomes you have the more kingdom worth you need. For example In the kingdom iam playing now i have a KW of about 10k got 8 gnomes in the first season. I increased my KW by 7k and only got 2 gnomes the next season. also the ammounnt of gnomes you get is randomized.

Yea I noticed the random feature. I saved and reloaded just before the season started about 6 times in a row and got anywhere from 0-5 in that season.

It's definately random, 100%, unless you do not increase kingdom/great hall worth. Then you always get 0 - or sometimes 1 to replace a dead one. Some platinum statues, rose gold/platinum floors, and steel weapons/armour do bring the kingdom up a notch or two quickly especially the first 1 (plat. statues, 4300-8000 a piece for only 5 plat bars). This game has the old school RPG 'dice roll' feature in it if you have not already noted it. Makes it more interesting. What seems like a simple 'farmville' to the untrained eye is actually something much, much, much more interesting.

I just hope you know Rose Gold is worth less than real Gold. :P

I think it may increase your kingdom worth faster based on how much gold goes into it, and 2 Rose Gold bars are worth more than 1 Gold bar, but in the end real Gold is worth more per bar and item.

I HATE YELLOW. There I said it. I always found it goes further as rose gold and looks nicer against bauxite rock but suppose that's preference. Worked excellent to design that gentle-gnomes-club in the basement heh heh. Pink Everywhere! Sorry- had to G rate that one a bit.
