C:\Users\(Your user)\Documents\Libraries\Steam\steamapps\workshop All the mods are named in numbers, you will need to find the ID to see what thay are.

Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\224500

224500 is the ID for Gnomoria on the Steam Workshop. The numbered folders inside are the mods that you have subscribed to at some point, even if you're not currently subscribed. Each mod is assigned an ID when it is first uploaded onto the Workshop, for example, Glasswork's ID is 506402407.

I'm unsure why its even packaged into a file like that really. For mine and everyone else I've had test it, the raw files and directories are located there.
