New(ish) Wiki site

After seeing several posts about looking for a wiki over the last few months (the old one is officially gone - though it still exists in archive format on the Wayback™ internet archive) I went ahead and copied ALL of the pertinent first-tier pages and links from the old wiki to a new fandom . com wiki site

It's not in a completed state, but a fair amount of useful information was in those 1st tier pages when copied and should cover quite a bit for new and old players. (I didn't create this new wiki site myself - looks like someone else started it then abandoned it - I just copied a bunch of stuff over to it) I may copy some more over when I get time, or if someone else is feeling industrious, they're welcome to add additional 2nd and 3rd tier pages.

tl;dr
The official wiki is defunct, so frontend of it was copied to a new site. Feel free to add more.

When I copied over most of the information, I did very little fact checking or updating of info, was a simple(ish) copy/paste job. I believe the old wiki did NOT include changes from 1.0, rather was still in 0.9.x(something)... so take some of the info with at least a small grain of salt

Kudos Kyrros! Looks like a lot of the general information on there is still relevant and useful, which is quite useful to have all in one place again

It'd be nice to have it as a sticky, but I don't think there's anyone who has the capability of doing that, here. At least not with Dev permissions. A Steam mod, could, but good luck reaching one.

I've got a bunch of game notes, requirements, stats, copied pages, etc, from the old wiki. But, it's all on a drive that's practically dead and coughs up blood every time its accessed. (Crawling bad sectors... very bad.) IF I could get to it, it'd have a lot of info from the old wiki on it. Not archived pages or anything, just my own notes to use offline, since that's how I usually played. Will see what I can dig up. (Though, come to think of it, I don't know I even have that drive anymore... /grrrr. Will see.)

Folks can still access an internet archived version of the original unofficial wiki at

It's a little slow, since it's meant as an information archive - not necessarily for constant user-use.

But, as stated in the OP, much of the information has been copied over to the new current wiki at

Having a section to help with mods would be wonderful, I spent almost 3 days and lost 2 games just trying to figure out Tacyn's progress to a stable food economy. Only to find 2 kitchens making food full time can't keep up with demand of ravenous gnomes, had to edit files to stop the gorging then found out how to make more food at stations.

I have hardly touched the rest due to KW raising too quick or evil mants start sniffing about, my gnomes are lucky they can even get their fighting past 50 before trouble starts.
