How to change Languages (Text and Audio)

I am planning to do a Let's Play and I need the game in English for that (it automatically installs the German version)

I couldn't find a guide how to do that since there's no ingame options.
So I just went into the game folders and deleted every Locations file that wasn't "Int" (international = english).

It basically worked and everything is in english but I noticed the conversations/ the audio is still in german. Does anyone remember how to actually fully change it? I don't want to do a full translation of the Audio in my videos...

Did you buy the game from Steam? It definitely installs the English version if that's your computer's locale settings.

Yes, it's the Steam version. My PC is set to German. But yesterday I found out you can choose the language of steam games outside of the game in the game options of the library. So I solved the problem, forgot to put it here
