this is sorta a sequel, the first game im pretty sure was a college project, and the first game is free online. (don't quote me on that, I think its free for download)

Yeah..... srry to tell you but is an old game. Octodad fandom is small these days. Maybe a new dlc or a sequel can repair this.

I do have a few ideas of my own for a sequel, but I don't know if the devs are taking ideas at this point.
