Game Won't Start

I used to play this game a ton when I was younger, and just tried reinstalling it to play again. It shows that it's starting up, but after a few seconds, it just doesn't. I've looked through a ton of discussions and forums experiencing this issue and I've tried all of the suggested fixes, but nothing is working. I've restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, gone into my program files, etc. I've had this issue with a few other games before and have always been able to figure it out, but absolutely nothing I've tried with this game has worked.
