No sound in game.
I buy today the game, back from school, run the game, no sound in the menu and in the game.

I already have verify the cache, what should I do for have sound in my game ?

Can you tell us your system specs? (OS, CPU, Graphics Card, Sound Card)

Otherwise, if you could post your log somewhere like pastebin.com, we can take a look if there are any FMOD errors being reported.

Otherwise, there may be some kind of configuration issue. If you are using Windows Vista or later, after loading the game, click the sound icon in the corner and look for the Octodad application. It may have been accidentally muted.

I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bits, I have a laptop (I heard there is no sound card)

No, it's not muted.

Well, it's probably built-in audio. In any case, it ought to work, FMOD is pretty widely used. I do see in the log that FMOD is failing to initialize an output device, but I have not seen this issue with anyone else so far.

Although we are not a Unity game, I looked on google and supposedly similar people have had issues where other devices were detected or plugged in (like headphones) and get the same FMOD error. You may need to unplug them, or go to the Sound settings in control panel and explicitly disable other sound devices.

Otherwise, I'm not sure if there is anything yet we can do code-wise. :(
