The Pi Tie Missing

I can't find the pi tie where it says it should be on the silent but dadly level did it get changed or is it just missing?

The location of that tie did change, yes. I don't want to give it away, but one of the biologists will casually suggest you do something, which leads to getting that tie.

I got the tie before the change was made, but I screwed around with the plunger and toilets anyways. The only thing I accomplished was getting flung down, clipping through the floor, and falling into nothingness. I then died.

I have a report about what I think is a bug as well... the biologists who say "would you mind unclogging the toilet" keep saying that repeatedly while you're in the trigger zone, and even after they all went to the kitchen after you raised the alarm.
