Press the Win key + R, this brings up the run prompt. In the prompt type in dxdiag. When the next screen pops up, click on the tab that says display, now in the device section. What does it say next to name?
Erm... Open Control Panel, and then Device Manager, expand the Display Adaptors section, and see whats listed under there...
