Bought the game + soundtrack combo, what gives?

Bought the game and soundtrack on Saturday. Played the game through. Went through every in-game menu and menu on the game's Steam page I could think of. The soundtrack DLC is supposedly downloaded but I can't figure out where to access the files to add them to my music library. Please help.

Generally speaking most, if not all soundtracks from steam are stored in

C:\Program Files\Steam (x86)\SteamApps\Common\[Game Name]

The soundtrack folder should be in there.
