Can't beat Amazon Arcade

I only need one more prize but I don't have enough control to beat the turtle game, the pump game, the whack-a-mole type game or the lumberjack one. I've tried adjusting the sensitivities with no luck. For the pump, if I grab it, the only way I can pump it at all is by flailing around, and that doesn't do a good enough job. For the lumberhjack game, his arm keeps retracting. For the whack-a-mole game, I'm unable to bring my tentacles down in any useful way. The turtle game is just hopeless. It won't move vertically. I'm using an old laptop and a cheap usb gaming mouse. Is there a way to cheat my way around these games? This is the only level I've had any trouble with.

Some of these games can become difficult at low frame rate. I would suggest temporarily disabling shadows, reflections, vsync.

Otherwise, the easiest way to raise/lower your arm is the mouse wheel, but you can also hold right click or 'X'. This is needed for the turtle, fish pump, and whack a mole games.
