Hey Quillsaga - Contrast takes roughly between 4 and 6 hours to complete. It is like Portal or Limbo - some people adjust to the mechanic and understand our puzzles quickly, others take longer. However, the justification is up to you - I'm not going to lie to you just to sell you a copy :)
- Sam
Hope this information helps people who may be wondering as well.
the experience did however feel like more than two hours in a positive way and i have played a bunch of games that require you to think in a somewhat similar way before. I will also probably go back to find the last collectibles.
I am of course writing this just to inform anyone who wants to know, not to call out the developer. I found it slightly disappointing that it was so short but really enjoyed it anyway.
Though for other reasons I've stated around here, there's a lot more to the game than just play time, and it's well worth it.
4-6 hours!? I got all achievements and did everything there was to do in under 3...and that includes a tiny bit of idling.
