"This fraudulent developer abandoned the game, and still has it on Steam. This was abandoned long ago, unfinished forever. Ban this studio and force their refund of every customer."

NOT A SINGLE OFFICIAL PLC/LTD IN THE UK WRITES THIS WAY!!!!! - I am a brit and i can only report them if... 25k others join me....

**in the UK... creating a PLC literally means non-profit/charity/owners do not recieve any cash and it goes directly to the government = THE OWNER has NO RIGHTS... NO OBLIGATIONS... CANNOT BE SUED... (and who would even be able to sue the government?)

***Which is why companies like this are ALWAYS safe... because they don't even have that many pruchasers/players***

You can only report a company in the UK (depending on what they sell/service they perform) if you have a minimum of 25k signees... HOWEVER... because it is listed as a PLC... NOTHING can be done whatsoever... HOWEVER... because it is obviously written by someone who does not know how to write / is not in an official capacity (you can tell by reading context and lack of punctuation and the typos) you can... FLAG it (ONLY) as SUSPICIOUS

**to report steam as the PARENT company (which it is because it SELLS for them and others like them) you need something ridiculous - i think its something like +++++ 250k people... to report them before anything can be THOUGHT about being done
