saving

so i had a game i was really far in, and my friend saw me playing and wanted to try. So I started him a new game and he got a few hours in. He is not the gamer I am so I had so much more done in said time because I only have about 3 hours or had ): So yeah I go to the save funtions and all that is there is just the save game and well no save slots.

Is it me or is this game meant to only have one game running at a time? what about scenarios can I have two of those running with seperate save files?
