Hello everyone!

Sales is growing so there is much more feedback than before. We therefore would like to consolidate questions and problems in one place and prepare sort of FAQ with some solutions.

So far we have been reported:

- F12 (currently working as 'quit game' button)
- Continue (its not a bug but we will work it over in next possible patch)
- Game stops lauch with some AMDs - (here the most important is PC spec)

In message please add following information:
1. Type of issue (game not working; game running slow; game crashes; etc.)
2. Error message
3. Possible screenshots
4. DxDiag informations*
If we need a deeper info we will contact you. Fixes and solutions will be announced asap.

* - to collect information about your PC (hardware, operating system version etc.) follow this steps:

- Click start and type dxdiag in command prompt, then hit Enter
- DirectX diagnostic tool should open a new window
- Click Save all information... button in main window
- Save DxDiag.txt where you want and attach that file to mail

Please help me get the game to start, I try running it and the screen goes Black than the error message "The game has stopped working" comes up ive tried verifying the game cache, I changed bForceNoMovies = FALSE " and change to " TRUE ". Ive reinstalled all drivers and the game. This game wont even get to the opening screen please advise what I need to do in order to get it to work. I voted this game in as a greenlight and could not wait till it got ok'd and released and now it looks like all never get to play it.

My camera keeps spinning around, makes it really hard to actually play xD any ideas for this ?

I have Intel processors, and i still get "Afterfall Insanity has stopped working" after the little screen appears with a sort post apocalytpic desert in the middle of the screen, which i thought was the launcher, but has no text in it and crashes almost immediately.

Look we still waiting for a fix for game we cant launch, i contact steam support no reply...

1/ Game does not support two GPUs working with crossfire - will keep you posted if/when patch will be available

Have any USB controllers plugged in? Some games do this when I have my Cyborg EVO joystick plugged in. Once I adjust the throttle on it just right or simply unplug it, the affected games run just fine. Not sure if that's your case but it's a thought.

Just an FYI! I LOVE THE GAME! And it runs perfect on my system with max settings at 1920x1080.

I'm blown away that this game is an indie title and is only $14 bucks. Great work.

this runs fine on my repaired and graphical upgarde PC except mobo is i3 not i7, nvidia 670 gtx, i3 sandy bridge mobo by ASUS, 12GB system RAM. 1080p ASUS Monitor (LED). The works fine, it will noy work on my ati laptop PC @2.7 ghz, ati Mobility RAdeon 5000 series, i5, 720p resolutiion. Happy I can play it but it appears it dosnt like ATI/AMD....I was using that PC but now this back however, I know know it will rum at all for no reason I can find out on here. NM.

Blazer I'm sure they are working on a patch for those having trouble,But patches take time and have to be done right or it could break or create other problems.

I'de say patience,wait for a patch, You have tried everything on your end, they may have a fix in awhile.
Game seems fine with Intel & Nvidia Vidcards I think they are having issues with AMD compatability.

Any update on the Windows 7/AMD Card patch that was being worked on? I would really like to play your game and enjoy it, so the sooner the better...

I'm happily playing along on an AMD Radeon HD 6950/Win 7. I had to disable Crossfire completely first after reading the comments here, but otherwise there's no performance hiccups to note. (Interestingly I could hear the game going there was just no video output in the game window)

For those fiddling with the driver settings on AMD cards to try and get things working here's how my current control center looks:

• Catalyst 12.10
  
• Most recent CAP
  
• Anti-Aliasing: use application settings, all else standard/unchecked
  
• Anistropic Filtering: use application settings
  
• Tesselation: AMD Optimized
  
• Catalyst A.I.: Performance setting, enable surface format optimization
  
• Vertical Refresh: off, unless application specifies
  
• Anti-Aliasing Mode: Multi-Sample
  
• Anything else: unchecked or default
