What do you think about Disease system
DevDiary 32 said Disease system will joining the game next week
Is the first time the game has incorporated a completely negative system(lizard? This gave me a new battle, while this not)
This is a punitive mechanism for player who lack hygiene
I don't think this is a good thing:Some players just want to easily build their ideal city, while others enjoy challenges, which can be very difficult to balance
(I hope developer can allow players to turn it off in their custom setting)
So I want know everyone's views about Disease system?good or bad?

I'm glad to see that Age system has become a waste case
I often use SL multiple times to obtain good citizen,I don't want them to die of old age

We currently do not know the probability of disease occurrence
If there were no 'need hygiene citizen', disease would not occur
is good

Disease could be interesting to get some challenge, since for many people the game probably does not have one but... it does sound so far like outside of events, players who build toilets will never see it and players who lack experience could get ravished. It sounds good that the hospital might get some use though. It really reads so far as if it could be made not for the players who could be interested in the challenge, but for the ones who are not. Which is pretty weird.

Let's see how this turns out when it goes live. Generally they are adding more and more buffs to players and the player side already feels overpowered (I stopped making military and only use a few traps since the food+reforge update), so adding some more challenge alongside sounds okay, but this specific system sounds a bit like it misses player expectations. I hope they make some difficulty options for this, but that won't help players with running games, unless it is automatically changed for peaceful difficulty.

我個人是期待疾病系統

不然醫院真的荒廢很久了

對衛生需求也不用想的那麼恐怖

要維持衛生基本上每個衛生設施都各蓋一個

就足以應付120個鼠民的衛生需求

而衛生設施目前的功能只是提供BUFF

這樣跟娛樂設施區別不大

疾病系統說不定能增加衛生跟娛樂的差異性

i think its an interesting addition,
and if its too harsh for some it could later be a toggle on/off option for certain difficulties, of course having it on in such a case would also bring a corresponding benefit.

I hope player can set the frequency of disease in Custom Difficulty
Custom Difficulty has not added new features long time (such as the inability to set refresh times for milestone):psiris:
So I'm a little worried

My city has 105 citizens and 6 bathhouses
2 hospitals with coverage in most areas
I don't know if there will be any Disease in this situation, but I will test it as soon as possible after the update:praisesun:

I also think the design of this system is very strange
It is indeed not designed for players who enjoy challenges
It seems to be designed to punish new players who neglect hygiene
I have helped a lot of new players who have very little knowledge about the game:many players don't know how to use Commercial law and Welfare Law, and even some players don't know how to set Task Condition
The system will cause them trouble

Disease make me feel strange, consider that the first tier enemy is plagued rats, the disease should be applied to them, but players won't be able to reach hospital and medicine when the plagued rats invade.
