I get my squad on top of tombstone if I get warned of coming attack, one hit it with my sword (only if the tombstone is dancing), my squad will instant murder the rising zombies. Repeat with other graves during the day. By night I won't even get the invasion pop up.
By prosperity 5, tombstones will no longer respawn, just finish them once and for all.
As for the weasels, pit traps are more than enough (it won't kill their tanks).
I drown them. Again, doesn't work on tanks and it speeds things up if you poison them first. Just be careful to lock the door so your soldiers don't fall down themselves. Those dirt tiles on the right is because I was saving private Hazel who really wanted to fight some weasels.

By the way, don't destroy tombstones after the weasels starts to spawn. The game will only spawn enemies from 4 spawn points. Leaving the tomb stones in will cause about half of the enemies to still zombie rats instead of weasels.
I just do this by prosperity 2-3 and Fugggggget about it!!!! huh?
Use them my friend.
