need help about 'Joy'

And i have 74 Ratizens
And every body allowed to use them all but
Many Ratizens don't use any joyful stuffs

Look at this Ratizen
This one have 5K coins and he don't use it to any joyful stuffs
Is this some bug? or am i missing something?

Maximizing the range of facilities worked for me

Yeah, there are bugs in the game that can affect happiness. It looks like "AI given up schedule certain rat, so rat will idle to death". It happens when there are too many tasks which can't be completed or path much complex than simple line. Check what your rat will do. Ratizen may be just outside range of services. Try to reload game if rat just idle.

@x-kdn rat is not just idle i checked he's moving and they are in range i don't know why,

Just sounds like a bug, some of my rats have issues with other stuff. Like one of my soldiers doesn't sleep in the bed and just keeps falling asleep at the building. She has a bed but she's always stuck at half HP because she doesn't sleep in it. It's annoying.

Ratizen may be too busy to get joy. Try assign him into a group, which have schedule "full day of satisfaction". Also ratizen may be affected by criminal, which cause him protest (and pass services away).

This is already a bug in the game, but my problem is with rats not buying necessities when they have a LOT of money.

One quick question, did you give your rats a schedule?
That can also mess with their AI and neglect their needs. I don't use schedules because of this.

No schedule to any rats and and i don't think they affected by criminal, i build the police station before that happen so no way 20 over rats are affected by it that easily.

I have the same issue. They just refuse to go to the joy. I've maxed out their ranges, put everyone on free mode, gone so far as to have all entertainers be a separate class and put everyone else on freemode so the entertainers are working while the everyone else is just taking care of needs and they still don't work.

I'm also having rats refuse to eat food even though there are at least three different chests with food in them near them but I understand that might be a separate bug. And yes, this does result almost constant riots with 9+ rats everytime.

Pay attention to your ratizens social class aswell. If you have no silver or gold class rats they wont use certain things etc

That many rats are have many coins and
and i allowed any rat are available to use any joyful stuff.

And that over 9 rats are rioting? that is really screwed up

You should rid off rats which can't trigger +5 happiness. Food chest in the middle of joy center also helpful, but if other chests don't have food. When ratizen come to eat, he probably stay to joy too in this case. Try configure rules in a way that there be one kind of each type needs will be free of charge. If ratizen hold a lot coins, it does not mean that he have spare money. He may keep coins to pay tax. And let him have time to fulfil his needs. Don't overload with work.

I've pretty much stopped taking rats that have negative stats. Ever since then I don't have issues with joy anymore. I've restarted like 3 times because of the joy mechanic.

I took more rats for make more entertainments but i think that was surly bad decisions
