Victory Conditions

Is there anywhere I can read details about how to achieve each victory type? And is it important to build the monument as fast as possible, or can I focus on just building the city for now?

When you build the monument, only the 3rd and final piece determines the victory type. There are 3 victory conditions based on the final part of the monument and you are locked in once you pick it.

They are:
Have 300k in the treasury (Merchant)
Reach Prosperity 8 (Architecture)
Have 70 gold tier ratizens (Noble)

The easiest victory by far is Architecture. There isn't a time limit on the monument so you're free to take your time with it. I built mine at prosperity 7, not touching the questline until that point.

Treasury is super easy, just takes a bit of time. Explore the map with the diplomatic office until you find the Granbazaar faction, or you could even go with one of the other factions so long as they let you import copper ore. Build a massive amount of furnaces and minting buildings, as well as a handful of kilms, then...Just sit back and watch all that copper be turned into cash. Every 1 copper bar is turned into 250 currency.

i think the gold for me is cheaper for the amount it gives.. unless each gold coin being worth 100 pia is a lie?

The copper one gives 250 per bar and the gold one 500. Gold might be cheaper depending how much it costs to import. The prices to import go up and down like some sort of stock market

yeah. for me gold ore is cheaper spite importing half the amount of copper from that town you mention. per piece is cheaper~

You can tax 100% wealth of your ratizens and see if you can reach it. You can do the same for 99,999 Pia achievement. If you have everyone as the upper-class, that is 3,000 Pia minimum you can get per ratizens.
