How do you increase your personal intelligence stat, assuming it is possible?

You can apparently get an exp bonus if it's higher, but I can't think of how you would be able to.

If you build a school and assign a rat to it, that rat will chase you down once a day to give you 100exp towards either intel, strength, or dexterity.
