Assuming you DID check online guides, including having any furniture (double bed i guess) as well as any story event progress and able to craft any items needed for marriage

The only thing that is left is to pass days since it's probably again just random element to trigger said event since it's usually the next day after the Amity Fair festival.

Anyways assuming you will reply "i did everything a guide said" then i can't but tell you: search online for different guides and discussions since there are tons that where created since the original RF3, and you know what you did or didn't since the checklist is long...
