so apparantly the whole SSLW project started few years after ww2 (i still dont know the reason why make this in the first place considering japan is struggling post ww2), and was made to send a signal on proxima centauri star, and apparantly they recieved an answer at december 15, 1954 which then was the time when everything came to what we face off ingame
