LoK:D Kain's Sigil Glitch

Anyone else have an odd graphical glitch that's causing Kain's cloth sigil (the red "cape-scarf thingy" dangling from his right pauldron) to stick in the air and stretch before it releases and re-attaches itself to thin air. Repeating the cycle over and over until i'm rather annoyed.

sadness. i've searched for a fix, but still have yet to come across one. at least i know it's not just me.

I think this issue is related to the game running at an extremely high FPS.
