Stuck in Cutscene (Win10)

In Vorador's Manor where you light the two flames, at the start, to enter some kind of garden, Raziel stops and the game doesn't proceed. Any help or fix for that?

Problem resolved itself somehow, it worked after sleeping a night. lol

Similar problem with SR2. Some programs running along side cause issues.

its myb to late but i finded the way it worked for me

Go to task manager<details select LOK right click on it select affinity and check only CPU1 it should work
