How to Fix Freeze Issues?
I found a way to fix the issues for the other games, using the compatibility mode with Win 98 and pasting the d3d8.dll in the game folders. Yes, somehow, after these steps I managed to play the entire series without any issues.

But, it's not working with this game. It freezes a lot, specially when in Raziel spectral realm parts.

If someone can help me with this, I will be eternaly thankful to this person.

Please, don't come with the "go play in a console" lame sulutions, because I have no way to acquire the old consoles just to play one single game.

That sounds like the old multicore processor problem.
Set affinity to only one core.
Post if you need a more details.

How to set the 1 core option for games?

The easiest way is to open the task manager when the game runs (Alt + Tab and then Ctrl + Shift + Escape). In the processes tab find defiance.exe - right click -> set affinity... -> make sure only the first box (processor 0) is ticked.

There are two main problems with this solution. First - in a few rare cases it will not help if the affinity is set after the game runs and not at the moment of execution. You may solve this by setting the affinity of Steam (in the same way, you just change the affinity to steam.exe instead of defiance.exe) before you run the game. This will make all Steam games to run on first core until you close it or change the settings back.

The second problem is that this solution is not permanent and you have to do this everytime you run the game. There is a workaround for non-Steam versions, but for Steam I can only provide an automated way to always run Steam on first core if you are interested.

Third problem is case of this game running on one core will make the intro, outro and credits movies to stutter. You can reduce the effect by setting the priority to high (the setting is just above affinity). But the game itself should run without crashes.

Edit: Just one correction, supposedly Windows 10 moved this settings in Task Manager from processes to details tab.
