Another Story broken

I got hit by a zombie and it respawned me inside a tree on a different map and I was softlocked.

Also, not nearly as impactful as it can't softlock, but there's a spot next to the bridge on the river where you can walk into the river and wander around. It doesn't seem to do anything though.
