How can i heal myself ?

You can find somewhere to sleep to heal up if you haven’t got at items, or craft some bandages

I try bandages. but my heal bar dont goes up :x

I think its was a bug, i reconnect dand my bandage still there so guess it was like i never use it haha. I try it now and it work.
