Alternate Route to chapter 1?

I've completed the game and went back to try and get every route. I'm stuck on the route split where you have to eat the 3 things. I assume I can mess it up by eating incorrect items, but where are they?

The split I remember is if you heal Nanni after she is shot.

Ive tried doing that and got the other route, maybe it's just glitched on my end for some reason?

It says IN ORDER:
First go to the bathroom and get the plant from the tub

Next go get the meat in the dinning room

Finally go to the hallway where your room is go past it than open the door on the left (don't worry about the enemies they are distracted by the swimsuits posters) and turning to the left is the flower you gotta eat than return to your room than finish the ritual and than complete the rest

If you need any help past that just ask

Sorry if I worded it badly, but on my end ive already done the normal route and got both endings, there's just a row of 3 ??? marks on the load screen being under "ate pod","ate meat", and "ate petal". Did my game just not update it for the other route or is there still a secret I'm missing?

There's only two routes in Chapter 1.

Either you Heal Nanni after she gets caught in the crossfire of the cultists shooting through the wall or you don't. That's it.

I'd actually like a useful answer on this too. The first three checkpoints on the lower path have ??? despite having gone both, "routes," with Nanni. There doesn't seem to be any other possible interactions left, and I've tried immediate and delayed interactions with Nanni. Neither uncovered those first three blocked checkpoints. I can't tell if it's a bug or an intended secondary path.

when buck shoots through the wall he hits nanni, if you heal her then eat the 3 things that will be one route, if you don't heal her and eat the 3 things that's another route.

The 3 are basically tied to when you heal Nanni - If you do it right away, all 3 will show up, otherwise it starts after whatever event you do that.

If I'm correct, those are just "ate pod (nanni alive)", "ate meat (nanni alive)" and "ate petal (nanni alive)", so I'd assume the checkpoints just didn't unlock, which'll hopefully be fixed in a patch
