Merc with a Map Pack Challenge Maps not unlocking

As the title says, do I have to do something other than having pre-ordered for those two maps to unlock? They show in the selection menu but are locked. I got the wallpaper (yay!) so I'm assuming Steam has my pre-order registered.

Anything I gotta do to unlock them in-game or is this a case for contacting Steam Support? And anyone else having that issue perhaps?

They're listed under challenges for me, but I seem to remember skins being mentioned in the pre-order, and I see no skins.

The skins are only available once you get to infinite mode in the challenge maps. But I take it that means you can play the DLC ones? Anyone else pre-ordered and had immediate access to the DLC maps? A simple yes or no would be nice, so I can open a support ticket.

i done all game & all challenges but this 2 maps dont unlock (& skins too)...btw i pre order too...

Looks like it might be an issue with the code Steam sent me then. I'll open a ticket, see what comes of it. Should the Merc with a Map Pack show up under DLC in the Library anyway? Does anyone know?

Really bull crap this, i can't even right a bloody ticket w8ted fricking months for this game finished every little detail of the game allrdy but those to fricking level are locked WHY!?!

Yep missing the map pack here to. Been having a loot of issues with steam and pre-order items lateley dunno why.

So, I contacted Steam Support and got a reply. Nothing helpful there. Told me to check the DLC tab and to verify game files. Needless to say it didn't yield any results. I'm still in contact with Steam, hoping they can fix this. This pretty much sounds like a mess up on their end for not activating the pre-purchase rewards.

My only guess would be the all the challenge maps need to be finished on gold.
This aside, its a stupid way to implement the preorder bonus imo.
Why cant we choose the outfits for a second playtrough for example?

Well, I did finish em on gold, still, nothing. Costumes for the second playthrough would sure be nice, too...
