How's the mouse and keyboard controls?

Just curious from anyone who has purchased Deadpool. Can you invert the mouse and remap keys at all?

Great and very responsive, but you may have to re-set a few keys. Right off the bat its a cluster of randomly set keys. But its fully customizable. I beat the game with zero issue with playing on keyboard and mouse.

I'm not sure I'd call it "fully customisable". I'm looking at the menu right now and it only seems to let me pick from a tiny set of options that doesn't even cover the entire keyboard, let alone my extra mouse buttons (which is what I really want to use).

I play it on K/M and it works, but I guess it would be cooler with a gamepad. The rebinding menu is a pain, though. And no, you cannot use all keys (mouse has only LMB, RMB and MMB e.g.).

thanks for the replies there guys. Won't be buying the gimped version of this game. Sick to death of having my options limited because of lazy programmers. :)

the only keys you need to rebind are the swap weapons, guns and tools keys there something like HBN i rebound them to 1,2,3 and i made reload R after u rebind thoose 4 keys the game is 100 times more easy

So much this. I love the game so far. What would make it a perfect gaming experience is if I could melee with my Mouse4 and Mouse5 buttons and move the u key over to e.

my only key rebind was the counter/teleport & i felt i had no problems; the gun swapping is a pain but i havent yet at least found a place where its really called for to use that quickly.

however, i can say that i finalyl caved & got an xbox controller yesterday, & i would highly recommended it if you have one laying around (tho not recommended you buy one just for this game, unless youre a massive fan). i went from a segment i had been killed at multiple times (hadnt happened to me before) to breezing thru it & having to up the difficulty.

dont know what people complain about. if you use a multi button mouse or a keyboard with G keys just program them in the software before you start the game..

The default controls are awful indeed, and you cannot really rebind them in DEADPOOL. There is only a very limited set of keys you are allowed to select, and no support for mousebuttons beyond the minimum three.

In regards to controls, sorry to say, it is crappy.

remapping is mostly to the keypad, so if thats good for you enjoy. Im dying and its frustrating, not sure ill put in enough keypad exp to finish the game. Screwup and hit numlock and nothing works,
