Deadpool - Crashes After Startup Help - Troubleshooting Fix
For those that have tried everything, try the following steps. After trying all of these things that I manage to fix the game. The steps are listed in order of ease not the actuall process I took. Looking back I think this is the best way to troubleshoot the known issues.

The problem that I had was that after starting the game, it would A. Constantly try to install C++ 2010 and DirectX. but it would still start. Aftwards however it would crash After the DP loading icon right before the production credits. After try all this, the game now runs great.

1. Back up your PC or create a restore point before trying anything. Stop reading this and do it now.
2. Start the game with “--nocrashdialog” – Even if this doesn’t fix the problem leave it in as basic ground work for the next few steps.
3. Run the game from a desktop short cut – again this may or may not work but will help with further diagnostics.
4. If steps 1 and 2 don’t work continue by opening the MSCONFIG dialogue prompt from the star>Run or Win + r prompt. Type “MSCONFIG” in the prompt.
o Disable all start up programs and services from the system configuration menu or under the general tab select Diagnostic startup. This will disable your firewall, antivirus, some drivers and network connectivity. Restart PC and attempt to load the game through the desktop shortcut. Steam will pop and ask if you want to run in offline mode, choose offline mode for the duration of the test.
o If the game runs to the startup menu, congrats you’re half way home. Most likely you have an out dated graphics or audio driver. I suggest running Slim Drivers, a small utility that will help your sort out your problem. If after updating all your drivers and yes I mean all of them, and then continue with the troubleshooting process.
o If the game works in Diagnostic mode and you’ve updated your drivers but when you start up your PC in normal mode it still doesn’t work, one or more of your process may be interfering with the program. Time to find out which one. You can run either run an anti-malware program such as Malware Bytes that may solve the problem automatically but in case it doesn’t (or you’re like me and just prefer to), you’ll have to sort it out manually. In the MSCONFIG panel choose selective startup and begging the slow process of turning services on a handful at a time, rebooting and testing to see which program service is disrupting your game time. In my case it was, “Power by Microsoft corp.” that was handling the audio drivers and causing the crash. A quick update and a few patches and BAM fixed.
5. If step 3 produced no results uninstall and reinstall steam. After the uninstall process run a registry cleaner such as CCleaner or some such and now reinstall the Steam App. You may also want to check the steam folder.
a. An alternative to this, for those with a lot of games, maybe to just delete the registry keys or “ClientRegistry.blob” file for steam and then run the registry cleaner. There are more detailed guides for that out there if you need more instructions.
6. I don’t know, I tried and fallowed several suggestions to no avail. It wasn’t till I ran off the beaten path that I had any luck. Try Razor’s game booster if that doesn’t work also and while it’s not highly recommended you can delete and reinstall C++ redistribution packs and manually install clean copies of DirectX too.

Good luck, hope this helps someone.
