Download servers are super slow for this game.

Most other games on steam will download at 40MB/s but this game is lucky to see 17KB/s down. Devs might want to check in with steam to see whats wrong with the content delivery as I've been trying for weeks to install this but I can't due to the dial up like speeds of this games server. I've even changed my server location in steam with no different results.
