I think your game does not need to have such a rating. Yes, let there be scenes, but if there are a lot of them and the goal is swept away, it will be a completely different game, for other people.
I feel a certain balance in WiaB. The main thing is not to go too far with the quantity. And let it be aesthetic.

I for one am eagerly awaiting season 2! While there has been no "going all the way" (yet) I can't imagine the tensions that have already built up between the MC and the various girls allowing that situation to continue much longer much less forever.
