A lot of reviews, even positive ones, mention the ridiculously low durability for weapons and equipment. You guys should probably tune that a little bit. Only being able to kill like three zombies before a knife or an axe breaks is kind of asinine.

Hi there, rest assured our team are working on taking in player feedback from a ton of different sources about weapon durability and considering if/when we might make adjustments.

I'd suggest for a custom difficulty setting to solve the many wishes that players wanted. If we can customize the difficulty with sliders for weapon durability, enemy health, etc etc like a sandbox setting in a survival game, that would be cool.

Please Do not adjust wep durability. The people who are commenting this do not understand how games like this work. You aren't suppose to have a weapon that lasts forever, If you did the game becomes less of a tactical challenging game and more into "oh look I found a crow bar now I win the game"

They are just children who have no patience or understanding how games like this work. If anything just make an "easy mode" where weapon durability is increased. Please do not cater to the people who don't understand what this game is, they wont be your long lasting player base even if you change it for them.

They're asking for a tweak in the durability not making all weapons indestructible. I saw a review where someone said they broke a fire axe after killing three zombies, how does that sound legit? a broken bottle, a makeshift hammer, and such I get having low durability, but a crowbar being able to take one more zombie than a pool stick doesn't make sense. Don't raise it to max, just raise it a bit so it lines up more with real life.

also people play games differently than others, not everyone wants to get their ass kicked when they play a game, so some sandbox settings would definitely be appreciated (similar to how Project Zomboid has their sandbox settings)!
needs achievements.. get on it. its good for replayability (get all endings, recruit all survivors, survive with x amount of survivors, kill a zombie certain way, die first time, etc)

I wanna buy this game but after seeing the axe etc... break after 3 kills is wildly insane, other than that the game looks beautiful and it seems like it would be extremely fun. I'd take the Zomboid approach to weapon durability and make it at least 50% more durable for realistic weapons, or a "dulling" effect for Bladed type weapons that aren't makeshift. if a pool stick breaks it should be a smaller less durable blunt or stab weapon.

you can just make them more rare, repair fails, other mitigation to increasing durability.

Hey could you not configure the durability of weapons the same as that of your DKs? Ever watched walking dead, even one episode? You ever seen a knife wasted after killed ONE zombie? Be real and don’t be a jerk!

I agree about the weapons. Many other zombie games allow more durability to their weapons used like Dying Light 1/2, Last of Us, etc.
Also, developers should really address the frame rate issue especially for M4 Macs - I have an M4Pro Mac with 24GB memory and it still lags a lot. It's not a AAA game with ray tracing come on ppl
idk what people have.. the durability is the same as in the demo and I played the demo hardcore.. you can stack weapons.. and sure an axe breakes fast but I played scissors and got through really good.. its not for endless weapon use, you need to watch, to loock out and sometimes you need to restart... when I think back I had restarted my one run like 4 times cause I had done mistakes... I had enjoyed the Demo, thats why I got the game today. Some people should play the DEMO before buying the game... just beginners xD
In the map of Galaxy Game Hall, there is a zombie stuck in a box behind the background. Resulting in me being unable to clear the map threats and therefore unable to move in. I have tried many times but couldn't kill him because he was in the background. I have been making errors in submitting reports within the game, so I have to report them here.:johncry:
Apart from adjusting the durability of weapons directly, I think the durability consumption of weapons during assassinations can be reduced. After all, backstab is the best choice for players most of the time, and this is what the game encourages, right? It's a bit too much to use up a knife in one assassination.
