Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days

Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days

Game is great. Some tips
1. Need for protective clothing and backpacks, they may slow down, but they are still needed.
2. Possibility to use roofs not only at the southern base.
3. The ability to set traps, even primitive ones.
4. The ability to repair at least rare and good weapons.
5. Chemical station with the ability to make alcohol and simple stimulants.
6. Maybe a little optimization in the future, the game heats up the GPU to 89 degrees.

1.protective clothing such as? military long sleeve uniform? tactical vest is not too effective against zombies. Backpacks inventory already extended to 12 slots compare to the origin 10 slots in the first version.

2. open rooftop for garden farm or collect rain water at vinyl music record shop? most of the time in vinyl music record shop, just the main essential things alone I am not able to go for farm and collect water as need to wait for phases to collect the garden farm resources and water resources. Building bed, cooking station, cooking, making lockpicks, weapons is far more important than garden and collect water.

3. the only traps I can imagine for these zombies is bear trap, that means u need to bring traps during scavenging? can suggest, but not ideal.

4. going to implement chemical station in future version, waiting for survivor Rahul to shine his ability. New survivor Wayne is the only character in game with the moonshine recipe.

5. Up for this, besides heating up the GPU, can sometimes causes crashes if laptop or PC open multiple task.
What about setting up solar panels on the roof for power.

Setting up Portable Storage anywhere you go. sometimes its good to leave things behind but maybe not where someone else can find them, Locked Lockers with like a Pin Code.

So far no issues with electrical power in the game though... solar panels not sure if it existed in the 80's? I dont think so. Portable storage u mean like making stash lock boxes in the field? but its not like the loot u left behind will be gone. The loot will still be there after your first scavenge in the area, u return to the same area, the loot is still there (same goes for the dead survivor if u return to find his/her corpse, the loot item still with the dead survivor)

I feel like protective clothing might slow the survivor down. It may subtract their stealth ability, their ability to remain quiet and sneak upon enemies and also it may slow their movement making them slower. Sure it may give you more protection but you would most likely find yourself always in a fight. This is just my 2 cents. Armor while indeed a good idea but again, depending on the survivor it may actually pose as a disadvantage. I would totally armor up Frank or Joe though.

We need craftable bear traps and molotov cocktails that we can use against not just zombies but also human enemies.

Some sacrifice hunger, sleep and mental, collecting characters along the way, preferring resources to improve workbenches and craft things, to quickly progress from place to place, instead of planting vegetables for example.

Practical to discover the most things in the "time" limited demo. It's a style but what about the interest with the final game? I don't know.

Experience is a good teacher. Within limited time in game, I managed to explore every area available and loot the items that I needed at times and managed to save all survivors. Once u play more of it, u will get the hang of it. There are certain post out here already giving some helpful tips or guides here, if you are stuck.
