Frank not spawning
Frank is not spawning at fire station No.8. i have been multiple times and yet no luck, is it bugged??? my 1st play he was there but not anymore.

Yours happen as exactly as mine. I went there day/night in my third play through, not there. It has to be a bug.

Happen to me too, but I also have another bug which I can't move the shelter to Auntie Mae's Truck Stop Dinner
